Here's what's inside:

• What the client intake process is - and how the different parts of your business need to be coordinated with intake
• Guidelines for creating an effective and efficient intake process
• Guidelines for creating intake forms and sequences using tools like Calendly, Jotform, Google Forms, and email

Here's how it works:

• Every session, you'll tune in to a 60-minute live Zoom meeting.
• The first 4 sessions are structured as a lesson followed by time for Q&A.
• Since there's no point in learning something unless you're going to try to apply it... You'll be held accountable with workbook exercises and application projects. These are assigned as "homework" between the live Zoom meetings.
• During the 5th session, you'll get live feedback in the form of a critique of whatever intake processes and forms you've drafted during the program.
• Space is limited to 4 participants so that everyone has time for Q&A and critique.
